Ask, ask, ask
Some of us do not realise that we need help, some forget to ask, some do not feel it is right to ask, yet even as I type this I am being inwardly urged to tell you that so much more can be done for you if you will only ask!
Aim to be clear of inhibiting factors by the end of this exercise on requesting help.
Exercise
- Close your eyes and take a few deep breaths.
- Tune in to your body, mind and Higher Self.
- Ask to be reminded to ask for help when it is appropriate.
(You may ask for a signal to be given: a gesture, physical sign, mental nudge.)
- Notice any mental, emotional or bodily symptoms that feel as though they are inhibiting you from creating the help that could be yours.
- Ask for them to be removed.
